2. Booking & Payment Policy
2.1 Multi-Day Tours (2 days or more)
To confirm your booking:
- 50% deposit at the time of booking
- 50% remaining upon arrival in Morocco
Deposits are required to secure reservations, guides, drivers, and accommodations.
2.2 Day Trips & Excursions
For short activities (same-day trips):
- 20% deposit at the time of booking
- 80% remaining upon arrival
2.3 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept secure payments via:
- Stripe
- PayPal
- Wise
- Mercury
- Payoneer
- Credit cards
- Bank transfer
- Cash
Payments are processed securely by third-party providers.
We never store card information.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
+30 Days Before Trip Start:
✔ Full refund
15–29 Days Before Trip:
✔ 30% refund
0–14 Days Before Trip:
❌ No refund
Day trips follow the same structure unless stated otherwise.
Bank fees and transaction fees are non-refundable.
4. Changes to Itineraries
We reserve the right to adjust itineraries when necessary due to:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Safety concerns
- Supplier availability
- Force majeure
Alternative arrangements of equal value will be provided when possible.
5. Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included.
Travelers are responsible for purchasing their own insurance covering:
- Medical emergencies
- Trip cancellations
- Lost items
- Personal liability
6. Traveler Responsibilities
Travelers must ensure:
- Passport validity
- Visa requirements
- Medical fitness for tours
- Following safety instructions
- Arriving on time for pickups
The company is not responsible for missed activities due to late arrival.
7. Liability Disclaimer

- Loss, damage, or theft of belongings
- Flight delays or cancellations
- Medical emergencies
- Acts of God (weather, political events, etc.)
- Third-party service failures outside our control
We provide tours and transportation in good faith with professional partners.
8. Age Requirements
Age requirements vary depending on the activity.
Certain tours may not be suitable for children under a specific age.
