This Cancellation & Refund Policy explains how cancellations and refunds are handled for all bookings made with BAMADANE VIP TOURS LLC.
By booking with us, you agree to the conditions below.
✅ 1. General Refund Rules
All cancellations must be submitted in writing via email:
Refunds are calculated based on the date we receive your cancellation request.
All payment processing fees charged by Stripe, PayPal, Wise, Mercury, or banks are non-refundable.
🟩 2. Multi-Day Tours (2 Days or More)
✔ Cancellation +30 Days Before Trip Start:
Full refund (minus payment processing fees)
✔ Cancellation 15–29 Days Before Trip:
30% refund
❌ Cancellation 0–14 Days Before Trip:
No refund
Deposits are used to reserve accommodations, guides, transportation, and suppliers.
🟦 3. Day Trips & Excursions (Same-Day Activities)
✔ Cancellation +48 Hours Before Start:
20% refund
❌ Cancellation Less Than 48 Hours:
No refund
Day trips require advance planning and guaranteed supplier payments.
🟧 4. No-Show Policy
If the traveler does not show up at the scheduled time and place:
❌ No refund will be issued.
Drivers and guides wait a maximum of 15 minutes, unless otherwise agreed.
🟨 5. Force Majeure – Exceptional Situations
No refunds are issued for cancellations caused by:
- Weather conditions
- Road closures
- Natural disasters
- Political events
- Airline cancellations
- Illness or medical emergencies
However, we may offer rescheduling when possible, depending on availability.
🟫 6. Partial Refunds for Early Termination
If a traveler decides to stop a tour before completion:
❌ No partial refunds
❌ No reimbursements for unused services
Hotels, drivers, and activities are booked in advance and paid for ahead of time.
🔵 7. Modifications Instead of Cancellation
Instead of canceling, travelers may request:
- Date changes
- Activity changes
- Rescheduling trips
Change requests will be accommodated based on availability, and additional costs may apply.
🟪 8. Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed within:
7–14 business days
depending on the payment method.
- Stripe → up to 10 days
- PayPal → 3–7 days
- Wise → 3–5 days
- Mercury → 5–10 days
We will notify you once the refund has been issued.
⚫ 9. Group Bookings
Group bookings over 7 travelers may have different cancellation rules depending on the suppliers.
These will be communicated during booking.
